UnderMind Staff has granted the dutch server fixedpoint.eu.nl.undermind.net (admin: blowfish)
and the Swedish server bbsrv.eu.se.undrmind.net (admin: papa) with full link status.
For Dutch users it's advised to use irc.nl.undermind.net, and irc.se.undermind.net for Swedish users.

UnderMind has now enabled cloaking of hostnames!
Cloaking is a way to hide the real hostname of users, for example if your real host is "d5142341.cable.wanadoo.nl", it will be shown as "um-2DCA3201.cable.wanadoo.nl".
This is a feature for those who don't want to request a vhost, but still want to hide their real hostname from others.
Cloaking is not enabled by default, to enable cloaking of your hostname you have to type:
/mode yournickname +x

From now on UnderMind also provides an BitlBee-server. With BitlBee you can use your irc-client to connect to the following IM-services: icq, aim, msn, yahoo, jabber (including google talk). To access the BitlBee server simply connect to im.undermind.net at port 6666 with your irc-client.

Unfortunately our norweigan server oslo.eu.no.undermind.net was delinked today.
Oslo.* was one of the most stable and reliable server on undermind and we would like to thank oslo.* and their admin Zacky for their great contribution to the network for this time.
This means also that we lost our irc-services as it was hosted by zacky, we are currently working to get a replacement server up A.S.A.P!
We are sorry for any inconvenience.
